NAME
	set_dtd_file - set the DTD's filename for the UNQable object

DESCRIPTION
	Set the filename of the DTD of the object to the one specified.
	That's so the UNQable object can parse that file as a DTD, and
	reread the file automatically on upgrade.  This allows you to
	transparently update the DTD, though you'll have to manually
	make the rest of the object respond to upgraded().

	This function isn't access-protected.  You should access-protect
	your version of this and all other inherited functions, including
	upgraded() and destructed().

	Nothing.
